Payment Options:

Credit Card / Self-Pay:
If clients have no insurance, Dr. Clark accepts Cash, Checks, Credit Cards like Master Card and Visa or Debit Cards. A $5 discount is available if payment is made in cash (currency or check) as a result in reduced booking fees.

Insurance:

• Dr. Clark accepts all standard insurance coverage.
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield (North Dakota BCBS, Trinity Select Choice, Federal Blue Shield and all various state coverages.
• Tricare (The military coverage. You need not have a referral)
• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Several employee programs and special coverages (HMO's and others) - these programs can often tell you if Dr. Clark is on their provider board, and he often contracts with companies who have no local providers.

Relationship Counseling:
Relationship counseling does not have a formal diagnosis and is not covered by most insurance carriers(it is not the same as "family therapy", which usually is covered). Nearly all relationship counseling is "self-pay". The standard cost of individual therapy is $145 per 45-50 minutes. The current rate for relationship counseling is $75 for 45-50 minutes (individual session) and $125 for 75-80 minutes (Both partners together).
